We currently offer exchanges only, within 7 days of delivery, for unused products in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are not available at this time. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy page for complete details.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery along with an unboxing video showing a clear 360° view of the package and its contents, so we can assist you promptly.
